Our services require connecting your Instagram Business or Creator account through official OAuth.

3. Account Requirements

To use Asanex, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
• Maintain your Instagram account in good standing
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Instagram Account Connection

When you connect your Instagram account:

• You authorize Asanex to access your Instagram data through official OAuth
• You grant permission to analyze your followers, posts, and engagement metrics
• You can disconnect your account at any time
• We only access publicly available data and data you explicitly grant permission for

We never store your Instagram password. All authentication is handled through Instagram's official OAuth system.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Asanex for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any Instagram terms of service or community guidelines
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Share or resell access to your Asanex account
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Complete accuracy of all analytics or ghost detection results
• Compatibility with all Instagram account types or configurations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Asanex, including but not limited to:

• AI algorithms and detection methods
• User interface and design
• Analytics tools and reports
• Software code and documentation

are owned by Asanex and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of your Instagram account data. By using Asanex, you grant us a limited license to:

• Access and process your Instagram data to provide our services
• Generate analytics reports and insights
• Store necessary data to maintain service functionality

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@asanex.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Asanex is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of ghost detection or analytics results
• You are solely responsible for actions taken based on our analytics

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Subscription and Billing

If you subscribe to premium features:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the service or other users
• Fail to pay required fees (for premium subscriptions)

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account and contacting support to delete your data.
